As I have mentioned above, Parc Esta is close to a number of amenities and MRT station, which makes it a very convenient and comfortable location. However, the majority of vibrancy lies near the Paya Lebar MRT area like Singpost Centre and Paya Lebar Square, which requires a few minutes to travel via the MRT station.

While MCL Land’s residential property portfolio may not be long-listing as the others, it still has a good record of properties including Lake Grande, Lake Ville, Sol Acres and more to come. And with the demands for this new launch going strong ever since the preview, it also shows that the reliability of MCL Land as their developer.
