Review of The Essence

One of the new developments in District 26 would be The Essence, which is a unique boutique condominium that is set to open its sales gallery in late February 2020 – which is also poised to join the other small-scale projects that are scheduled for launch within this year as well.

The Essence is developed through a collaboration between Chu Kong Developer Ltd, Lian Soon, OKP Land & HSB respectively. OKP Holdings Limited and it’s subsidiary corporations are a civil engineering and infrastructure company based in Singapore. The Group specializes in the construction of a wide range of projects, embracing both private and public sector work. From residential projects such as the Luxury 21 Angullia Park to bridges and expressways, and from airport runways and infrastructure, petrochemical plants, and oil and gas-related infrastructure. Where can you find The Essence?

The Essence is a short 7 minutes walk from the Springleaf MRT station along the new Thomson East-Coast Line (TE Line). Springleaf MRT station is situated along the Thomson-East Coast (TE) Line on the Upper Thomson Road. The station is targeted for completion and opening in the Year 2020. This will mean that you can gain quick access to other key stations along the TE Line including Orchard Station that takes less than 25 minutes.
