    Previously announced by GuocoLand as one of their newest developments on the works, Midtown Bay is expected to be completed by 2022. Midtown Bay will consist of a 30,000 sq ft of retail and entertainment space, 219 exclusive residential units and a 770,000 sq ft of Grade A Office space. With an unobstructed view of Marina Bay, Kallang Basin, Orchard Road and even the sea, Midtown Bay is certainly one of the most scenic places to be in.

    Given that Midtown Bay was recently announced to be in the works, it is still in the midst of conceptualization and development. Hence, there are no news of its extensive facilities as of yet. However, rest assured that as with the past projects done by Guocoland, Midtown Bay is certainly one to anticipate for!
