You can reach Stirling Residence if you take a short 5 minutes walk from Queenstown MRT station, which is also connected to the East-West MRT Line. From Queenstown, you can take 2 MRT stops to reach Buona Vista MRT station, which is also connected to the Circle Line. If not, you can also take 3 MRT stops (approx. 8 minutes) to reach Outram Park, which is also connected to the North-East MRT Line.
If you need to reach the Central Business District (CBD), you can also take bus 186 or bus 970 that is near Stirling Residence to reach One Raffles Quay as well. This will mean that it will take approximately 23 minutes to reach the Central Business District (CBD).
However, if you need to go to the Orchard Shopping District for a quick shopping therapy, it will take a short 10 minutes drive from Stirling Residences.

There are also other beautiful aesthetics including the koi pond, reflective stream, waterfall pavilion, tea courtyard lawn and many more. If you live at Stirling Residence, you will also get access to sporting facilities including the aqua gym and yoga lawn.
If you have a family with children, the younger ones can also enjoy the adventure playground, kids pool and water play, or the kid’s club too. You can also spend some time with your family at the stargazing lawn, BBQ Pavilion or the teppanyaki grill pavilion.

Stirling Residences, with its location and comprehensive facilities, is definitely a good condominium to consider along the city fringe. Since it contains about 1259 residential units, the cost to maintain the facilities within the development will not be too hefty for residents. While it may be higher on the price range, the facilities location makes it a relatively sound investment.

As for the location, while Stirling Residence is located along the city fringe, the fact that it is just a 5 minutes’ walk to reach Queenstown MRT station is still a huge plus point. And since Queenstown MRT MRT station can reach other key stations like Outram Park and Buona Vista easily, it remains a great location with regards to city fringe condominiums.
It is also close to a number of shopping malls, which is quite an important consideration for a more convenient lifestyle as well.
While the collaboration between Logan Property (Singapore) Company Pte Ltd and Nanshan Group Singapore Co. Pte Ltd may leave some queries since it is a Chinese developer, I personally feel that there is little to worry about in terms of quality.
